Ahh well if this is happening, it's probably because the list Mum is 
temporarily out of order, but as I said to Christina....try this

List-unsubscribe: <tri-med-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?Subject=unsubscribe 
. Then type in the body of the message Unsubscribe. Hope it works.
