General Grant Guidelines 

*       SpinKids' geographic focus is National. 

*       Applications have been updated for 2005. 

*       Everyone, regardless of income, who is affected by Sensory
Processing Disorder is encouraged to apply for any grant that would help
their child and their family. Finances will be a consideration in the
selection process, but all information and circumstances will be considered
in a fair and unbiased point system. 

*       If you were awarded a grant for 2004 you may apply again in 2005. 

*       If you are selected to receive a therapy or equipment grant you will
be notified no later than August 15, 2005. 

Financial Assistance for Sensory Processing Training

*       Financial assistance for sensory processing training is offered on
an ongoing basis. Applications are accepted year round.

Summer 2005 Therapy Equipment and Occupational Therapy Grants

*       The deadline for grant applications and evaluations for therapy
equipment and occupational therapy grants is June 30, 2005. 

*       For information on SpinKids 2004 Grant Awards visit the news and
events page <http://www.spinkids.org/news.html> . 

*       If you are applying for an equipment grant please also download the
evaluation forms for therapists and teachers. These are a part of the
application process and must be submitted by the child's therapist and
classroom teacher before the deadline. All three of these forms must be
completed and received by SpinKids before the deadline in order to be
considered for a grant.
