Recently I had posted asking if anyone had experience with Ritalin. Well,
now we do. We started 4 days ago and things are not looking good. We
started slow and have increased to full dose, but Emily is acting very
strange during her second dose. The first morning dose seems to be great,
but the lunch dose is weird. I think that it does not leave her system the
way it does others?!? Today at 1/2 hour after it should have worn off Emily
became "DRUNK" she couldn't walk, or talk and had a glassy look in her eyes.
It lasted for about 20-25 minutes then went away. She also has only needed
her diaper changed once a day for the last two days since we have gone to
full strength. Does Ritlain slow down the bladder???
Any input would be appreciated.
