[tri-med] Eczema and Milk Allergy???

I've been doing some research on Meredith's eczema (patches of little white
bumps like millia on her legs, arms and cheeks) and I ran across this
article that said that most eczema in children is caused by allergies either
to milk or wheat. Since she has only been getting formula, I'd have to
guess that if hers were caused by an allergy it would be milk. Have any of
you tried to deal with eczema with diet changes? I'm really not even sure
it is eczema...that's just what the pediatrician said. It doesn't seem to
itch as she doesn't make any attempt to rub at it and it doesn't ooze or
scab. It's just large patches of the same thing all babies get when they're
about 2 months old that usually clears up on it's own, but hers hasn't.
Anyone have anything that works? Right now I'm bathing her with spa gloves
to exfoliate (which she seems to enjoy) and rubbing her with a diabetic foot
cream that is antibacterial and antifungal. This seems to be helping...a
lot more so than Cetaphil.
Thanks for any advice!
