Thankyou. i just want this specific post do be deleted. i am so sorry to  
bother you and Karen with this issue, but it is of the upmost importance to me  
that this be taken care of ASAP. i sincerely hope Karen can get to this  
immediately. She is so computer savvy, hopefully it will only take her a minute 
 or 
two to do.
