i still give it to kam every day.  it is the kind of thing you can start any
time after a year old i guess.  if you have a good nutrionist ask them about
dosage.  i havent ever really had some one i respect much so often ask the
herbalist at the health food store.  my hubby just started taking omega oil
for his cholestral.
