What a difficult situation you are in Janet. How old is Caty now? If 
she is still a minor, there is no way she would be telling me that 
she won't go to the hospital, after the instructions the doctor left, 
especially after (as you say) she has cried wolf so many times. She 
needs to understand that she can't muck you around like this. BTW 
loved the family photo, thanks. Are you the one holding Hannah?
