[tri-med] Re: Devon's O2 sats and heartrate

Penny,
This was our experience just a couple of weeks ago. Beginning of the week
Morgan seemed sleepy at home, at school they said he was wide awake, but not
active. At home again, he seemed to mostly want to sleep, wouldn't eat much.
He was that way all week. On Fri. I kept him home from school as he was
coughing a bit. By Fri. evening I decided to take him to the walk in clinic
and the dr. said he was coarse sounding. She thought it was an upper
respiratory infection. She gave him a script for zithromax. He had the first
dose that night and by Sat. morning I could tell he was feeling better. I
don't know what his O2 sats were, we don't have a machine and they didn't check
it at the drs. Hope Devon is feeling well soon so you don't have to keep
worrying.

  Me again.
  Devon's O2 sats are between 96 and 97%...it seems like they're usually
98-99%?? It's been a long time. His heart rate is around 98.is that normal?
My O2 sats were 97-98.and I feel ok breathing. He doesn't act at all
agitated or uncomfortable.just rattle-ly and sleepy :o( Still second
  guessing.still worrying..
