No they are really very common - its not until they get full or infected
that they are a problem - in fact a lot of the nasty pimples that folk get
as teens are cysts that get infected.
Some people get more than others, I have another on the top of my head, but
it only fills if I cant wash my hair for some reason. Not worth getting it
removed.
