Thats so very true and its taken me ages to learn the lesson. I on the other
hand suffered terribly from allergies for years - non stop sneezing all day
and all night. It was horrid - like I had the flu 365 days of the year and I
mean that - I was so exhausted all the time and it weakened my defences so
that I caught anything and everything that was going around.

At one stage it was so bad I couldn't make a bed or even vacumn without a
dust mask with filter!!! Life was miserable............

I went through the pin prick tests and then desensitising injections to dust
mite. Unfortunately I anaphylaxed to the desensitising injections, but for
some reason it also worked. From that day to this I havent had any hayfever
to anything - life is bliss!!!

As you said - you have to weigh up the treatment with disease. For me
treatment was the answer but it isnt always.
