Why did they do a CT? CT's are best for looking at boney type structures, if
you want to see soft structures like nerves then an MRI is better. Of course
CT's are easier (and cheaper) to do, which is why they are usually first
line. If you want to see where the nerve is though you may need to get the
MRI first.
