[tri-med] Re: Congestion helps

Loren,

Sorry, I'm behind....but Mari has a lot of trouble with the snots. 
Here's our list of congestion helps.
    1.  Daily run cool mist humidifier, give dallergy syrup 3xs
         per day; sleep in an incline position - I used to
         sleep her in her carseat when she was first born.
    2.  Saline & suction at the first signs of increased snot
    3.  Replace last dallergy syrup dose with Zyrtec D (before bed)
    4.  If all else fails, add three drops of neosynephrine or afrin to 
         each nostril after saline & suctioning.
