[tri-med] Re: Cold Feet

Matthew has always had cold feet because of his heart defects. His O2
saturation in his lower extremities are at around 86% consistently. The cold
feet are a result of minimized blood supply related to the same issues.
Matthew's legs are often mottled (especially when he is sick). The doctor
always told me to look for color changes so I am constantly looking at
Matthew's feet and lips. Did they check Jackson's heart when you were
pregnant with him? (That is when they found Matthew's VSD and other issues).
Heart Cathy, Heart Echo, ultrasounds and x-rays have since then confirmed it
for us.

Just a thought...could it possibly be from inactivity? (I don't know how
active Jackson is) I don't know what other situations might cause cold feet.
Hopefully others will respond with some additional insight and there is
another explanation.
