Debbie,
>We use the real thing... warm from the can.
That's the way Miss P perfers it too, ice/cold seems to bother her teeth.
>I squirt it in Claire's mouth, she likes it (of course it is so sweet).
Not as sweet as Pepsi actually...which is at least partially why I THINK
Miss P prefer its.
>Karen, list mum, said she's used it for Alex in the afternoon for his
>ADHD(?)... instead of giving him any dr prescribed drugs.
Here's her actual quote:
"These days Alex gets a glass mid afternoon at school as it raises his
attention level for the afternoon (otherwise he "fades" and gets sleepy). In
my opinion giving him a glass of coke is better than giving him a stimulant
like dex or ritalin. Alex has been diagnosed with ADD (not HD) secondary
they believe to hypoxic incidents from the apneas and I choose to use Coca
Cola rather than heavy duty meds - at least for now."
My preference too.....
