One thing that I came away from the Respiratory Issues workshop
at last summer's Salt Lake City SOFT Conference with (per ENT 
Harlan Muntz) was that some children with breathing problems can 
actually get more O2 when they're fussy then when they're not.  
So for those you can end up sedating them right into respiratory 
failure.
