[tri-med] Re: Childcare

We have used only trusted and trained family members, pcs services or
nursing care for Elanor. Medicaid covers it for us, I'm not sure how
regular insurance treats it. We have a service coordinator who heads it up,
and we have had some luck in the past. Just a warning, though: some pcs
workers are a little flaky. Here in Idaho all you need is a Certified
Nurses Assistant degree (which is a 90 day course) and it is pretty easy to
get. Andrew got his CNA a few years ago, and he said he would be hesitant
to let some of the people in the class watch our dog!

Subject: [tri-med] Childcare

Hi,
Does anyone have any experience with an AuPair or otherarrangement to help
with childcare? Right now I am working mostlynights and my husband days so
we need really flexible care and ofcourse we want to find someone who is
sensitive to the needs of ourspecial little girl.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions or advice.
