We have good success with the teacher's aids in Soleah's class . . . my 18 yr
old also helps with a little boy in our neighborhood with downs syndrome--check
for siblings of special needs kiddos too.

Does anyone have any experience with an AuPair or otherarrangement to help with
childcare? Right now I am working mostlynights and my husband days so we need
really flexible care and ofcourse we want to find someone who is sensitive to
the needs of ourspecial little girl.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions or advice.
