[tri-med] Childcare

Hi,
Does anyone have any experience with an AuPair or otherarrangement to help with 
childcare?  Right now I am working mostlynights and my husband days so we need 
really flexible care and ofcourse we want to find someone who is sensitive to 
the needs of ourspecial little girl.
