Is this the first grandbaby?
Did they have a prenatal diagnosis?
What are the issues that Michelle is experiencing at this point?
If you toss them out there folks who are 'in the know' will respond and then
you can share that info with her parents.

But these special kids have a better chance is they are given the
'opportunity' to recieve the support and care they need to grow and live.
