and will go to school and come home with him its weights 3.5 lbs. sand the 
one we order can take taylor thru now adult. i well be putting insurnce onit

I agree Laurie....here we are not liable should something happen while it's
at home. HOWEVER...it would actually need to get sent home in the first
place (we haven't seen it come home with him since October I believe despite
asking several times) and we don't seem to be able to get them to keep the
one at school in working order AND within reach of Devon for Devon to
benefit from it :o( So we want one of our own for home :o) Joe has already
used the one from school to create a mount for it to go on our front room
corner table so that Devon won't be able to toss it over the gate and it
would be where he has complete access to it all the times...yet we could
take it out of the mount he made and take it with us places :o)
