to sign on from your AOL address simply go to
http://www.trisomyonline.org/tsub.htm and using you AOL mail program click
on the icon and send the mail. Providing that your AOL mail is configured
correctly it should work automatically

To unsubscribe from your web TV account - using that mail program go to
http://www.trisomyonline.org/tunsub.htm
and repeat the process..........

And if all else fails send me the addresses you want subbed and unsubbed and
I can do it for you :-))
