Interesting....
I wonder how your EI PT would respond if you showed her all of the
stuff you learned? Does she need to be made aware that she needs to
improve? It's SO hard when you like the person and don't want to
make them feel badly, yet you know they aren't doing what they should
be doing! I'm terrible at confrontation.
Slightly going off on a tangent: Do you ever fill out an EI
evaluation form? We have a very detailed one that comes annually.
They seem to take it seriously, too, because both times I haven't
gotten around to filling it out and someone calls and goes through it
with me over the phone. Anyway, it asks all sorts of questions about
how your EI experience has been. If you have that it might be a good
forum for stating concerns.
Glad to hear Caroline is getting some good help!
