We did know about our Rebecca 5 months to the day of her birth, but we de=
cided that parents who decide to terminate were very brave because we jus=
t couldn't do it.  Like you say, if she was going to fight, so was I!!

We did not know of Rebecca's trisomy prior to her birth,  and thankfully
we have not had to make any life saving decisions for her.  But I do
agree that parents need to be in touch with other parents.  Rebecca was
born long before the "net" and we were lucky to have been linked via
SOFT Canada ( when there was a SOFT Canada) =20
