Janet,

Yes, it IS more involved then that. And no, you guys haven't completed 
your baseline survey yet.  But never fear, all those who didn't complete
within the '07 survey year are still activated, and will be sent a 
reminder to do their surveys.  So those who finish up this year will just 
be included along with the newer participants in the 08 survey year.  Now
if Miss Hannah will just stay well enough to give ya'll some spare time...
