How funny! Caroline throws up on almost a daily basis, often a few times a
day. It is usually first thing in the morning due to mucus build up or at
the end of a feeding.
I was visiting my mom a few weeks back and we were eating lunch. Caroline
started gagging a little so I picked her up and continued to eat while
trying to either calm her down to prevent the vomiting or catch it if I
can't stop it. My mom mentioned that maybe I should take her away from the
table where others are eating. I kind of took offense to it, as she has
been around Caroline enough to also get used to it, but then again she is
right. I guess the retching sound may bother others as they eat. To us, it
is just the norm and we keep on eating without a second thought.
