[tri-med] Re: Bone Age and Wilm's scans

Alex had his abdo ultrasound a few weeks ago and it was all clear - thats the
good news :-))
Great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At the same time we decided to do a bone age to see if he warranted more growth
hormone studies because of his rapid growth.
Marcus had a bone age done on Monday I don't have the results back yet, it will
be interesting to know how his bone age has changed with his increased growth
from the growth hormone treatment. We also went looking for a possible reason
for his new unusual gait pattern.

tumour or something
sinister going on and causing excessive growth hormone
Tumor such a nasty word, I feel for you Karen, boy was I where you are last
week.
They may do another growth hormone test, but they are such fun -
NOT!!!!
He should sleep through the growth hormone test especially if they do the
clonidine test, and all of Marcus' blood was drawn from the one IV he had.
 He has had MRI's,
We will be doing are MRI and EEG soon, I get to do an IEP for him today so we
can resume PT

Why are we never happy :-
You are concerned as you should be, we can do so well and then fall off the
rollercoaster so fast.
)) Marcus and I are sending good thoughts to you
