[tri-med] Birthday Toy

Hi,
 
I wish to buy a belated birthday present for a boy with T-13. He is currently 
18 months old and lives in Singapore so there are no shops here with special 
toys for a child with disabilities. He is reasonably observant and is 
responding more and more to various stimulation. He cannot sit up but can 
through support sit/stand in a playgym. I would love to get him something 
special that will stimulate his senses and also help him develop if possible. 
Any suggestions you have will be greatly appreciated.
