I hear you Jude - but they have been getting the sweet, nice Karen full of
logic and reason since October. Its now February, with the second refusal -
and I think thats long enough.
Now they just get to see that I mean business :-) Never nasty - just
assertive and forceful. If it were anything else not so life threatening I
might push on with the regular Karen.

Awwww I thought that was supposed to still be a secret until next week :-)))
But seeing as you raised it.........
I AM GETTING A NEW COMPUTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now Jude can fill in the blanks
:-))

I know what you mean - but I also think we are very good at picking out the
positives in a situation, a smile, a rainbow in amongst the clouds. For the
last 8 years I have made it a nightly ritual to sit down (or lay down) and
find at least 5 blessings in the day, no matter how small. I think thats
what has saved my sanity. If you look hard enough you CAN find them. And in
8 years my sign off has never changed - KEEP LOOKING FOR RAINBOWS!!!!!!! and
I can't see it changing any time soon

Many thanks - my positive on this one at the moment is that we WILL get it
reinstated, we will, we will...........
But while you are sending out the positive vibes - I need them for my
patience :-) Alex goes in for his surgery tomorrow, which means dealing with
hospital staff who don't know Alex. Always a stretch on my patience.
