Jayne's doing Rose Sours (the 1st name that was on the list I'd sent you),
so I'm
setting you up with the next 4!  Looks like Kim and maybe Stacey still needs
to
submit to Jack for a balloon.  I'll get e-mails off to them individually
with the
form and Jack's e-mail addy.  I've cc'd each of your 4 on this so that they
will
know they've got someone.  And you'll find their names and e-mail addresses
below
so that you know who you are releasing for, and how to contact them for
snail mail
addresses to send them their souvenir balloon tags.
