Jason is 19 months old and has been pretty healthy this winter so far. He
had a sore throat a few weeks ago and that was it. UNFORTUNATELY, he has a
TERRIBLE stomach virus since Thursday evening, the first time he threw up. He
has
not been able to keep anything down since then. We are now doing just
pedialite, as he was throwing up the pedialite mixed with the pediasure. SInce
he
has had no calories since thursday, he is quite lethargic, and his eyes are
starting to look a little different. i have been in touch with the Dr's, and am
following their orders. He is not dehydrated, as he has wet pampers. THis is
just going on so long, i am getting worried.
Anyone's kids here get a bad virus, does it last longer than the normal
virus because our kids have weakened immune systems?? Anyone have any
experience
with this? anything i should know or do that the dr's are not telling me? When
should i get worried?
Sharon
