After reading this I am becoming more and more concerned about the extra bony
bit the spinal surgeon found on my sons xrays last week. It was on one of the
vertebrae in the lumber region where his curvature of the spine is. The thing
is his surgeons next appointment isn't until next year. Do you think I should
ask for a second opinion or do you think I am just making mountains out of mole
hills?

Yes - thats very true. We only discovered Alex's because of the ultrasounds
for Wilm's and x-rays of his legs and hips when he started walking because
one leg was shorter than the other (because of the mosaicism one side grows
faster than the other).
Life consists not in holding good cards but in playing those you hold well.
