nope she didnt have a tethered cord.  her ped said nuero surgery always 
wants to take them out (it must be internal as we cant feel anything and the 
report said sacral)).  nuero surgery said we had to see oncology.  i dont 
want to make her go thru surgery if the recovery is going to be bad.
