Absolutely but probably not described in that way. T-18 is associated with 
spina bifida and spinal fibrolipoma is associated with spina bifida.

I am gathering that you can't see it externally?? (sometimes you can see a 
tail bud externally)

If its any comfort oncology will probably tell you not to worry about it 
unless its associated with a tethered cord.

Interestingly Alex has the spina bifida occulta in the sacral region and a 
sacral dimple but no tethering and no spinal fibrolipoma.
