Not totally, but it does mean that he is producing male hormones so it does
rule out some of the real nasty problems.

I would just ask if it was worth seeing an endocrinologist to see what the
problem is, if any, and if you needed to take precautions to prevent future
problems. But then you know me - I like to ask questions and try to be
proactive in preventing future problems - possibly too much so at times :-))
But you also wont get apologies from me for that either.
