i started giving Bec yogurt with added DHA, it's made by Danone, called
Danino and also comes in a drinkable form...it uses fish oil as it's meg3
source but tastes great... also has vitamins A, C D, B2, B12 phosphorus,
magnesium and of course active bacteial cultures.....
