I can't remember the exact age he was but it was somewhere in the 10-15 yrs 
ago.

It's a gel cap with a liquid inside. I just nicked the end of it with a 
knife and squeezed it out into his food....first baby food then later it 
went well on toast, eggs, whatever.
Now he swallows the pill.
