The product we use is from New Vision and Jim liked that one because it's 
organic. We try to use organic supplements when possible.

Ours has:
Omega-3 Fatty Acids
Omega-6  "
Omega-9  "
Gamma Linolenic Acid
From organic flax seed oil and organic borage seed oil.
