I did.  :0)    Working in GP Clinic I had access to "ask for" Alex's ENTIRE
chart. The hosp even called the office to double check that "we" understood
what was being asked and that the chart was "confidential and couldn't be
shared with the parents". What a load of hooey.

There were some things in there that were just plain rude and some were
weird.
