[tri-med] Andrew Denton

I just received a query about the (apparent - I didn't see the show)
discrimination and humilitation of "our kids" on the Andrew Denton show
"Enough Rope with Andrew Denton" on Channel 2 this past Monday.

Did any Aussies see it? and are able to fill me in with another
persepective? Apparently the most hurtful part (for the person who contacted
me) was the deregatory "codes" by the ICU nurses and comments statements
made on national TV. (Michelle, you would appreciate one of the codes being
FLK) The ICU in question was CH at Westmead (no comment) I will endeavour to
get a copy of the tape from the ABC - but I know that will cost $$

An issue for SOFT Australia perhaps? especially as the enquiry into
discrimination is still underway........... I will put it to the SOFT
advisory but I need to get some feedback first.
