Hi Kim,

It depends on which email program you use, but they are usually 
pretty similar. With mine, I go to Tools, scroll down to Signature, 
this pops you up selection of choices, chose "new", this gives a 
little icon that lets you know you can begin typing your signature, 
when you are satisfied with it, Save it. Then somewhere else in your 
email program there should be Options (mine is in my Tools) there is 
usually choices, and you can click on "Add signature", or something 
like that. Good luck.
