I share your joy and sorrow as my 19 year old has just graduated from
highschool. I rarely see him because of work and a girlfriend, and we were
so close. I can understand your not wanting to let Alex go, but be happy you
can. Letting go shows that you are doing your job as a wonderful mother.
Celebrate each success with gladness for the person he is to become. It
sounds like he is a wonderful kid!!
