[tri-med] Albertson's Community Partners Card

A special THANKS to all of you that have requested the Albertson's Community
Partner Card Program naming Noah's Never Ending Rainbow, a national Trisomy
organization with our mission to educate, advocate, raise public awareness,
promote strategic alliances and assist families who have children with
Trisomy and related chromosome disorders, as your charity of choice!

For those that are hearing about the Albertson's Community Partner Card for
the first time, it is another innovative, easy way for Noah's Never Ending
Rainbow to raise funds.  It's a shopper's card that gives back to local
charities such as Noah's Never Ending Rainbow.  Albertson's donates a
percentage of purchases made by program supporters back to Noah's Never
Ending Rainbow.

Unlike other fund-raising programs, the Albertson's Community Partners Card
helps you support the efforts of Noah's Never Ending Rainbow without any
"out-of-pocket" expenses, simply by purchasing something you would purchase
anyway....GROCERIES!

Please help Noah's Never Ending Rainbow by requesting an Albertson's
Community Partners Card from myself either on-line or off.  Once I receive
your request, I will mail you a partner card which you will need to present
to the cashier to scan anytime before the order is tendered.  The amount of
your purchase is automatically recorded and credited to our fund.  At the
end of each quarter, all transactions that you made using your card are
totaled.  Albertson's calculates the percentage that will be awarded and
sends Noah's Never Ending Rainbow a check.  It's that simple.

Contributions earned apply only to merchandise sales after all discounts and
coupons are applied.  Sales do not include sales tax or customer service
items such as lottery tickets, money orders, postages stamps, etc.

Again, if you, a family member or a friend would like to partake in
Albertson's Community Partners Card, please contact me to request a card(s).
And, a special THANKS to those that have already requested a card...keep
grocery shopping at Albertson's :)
