[tri-med] Airline Discounts/medical

We need to take Brianna to Cincinnati for a medical test that is not done  in 
CA. This might literally save her life!
I though someone posted years  ago about airline flights for children with 
special medical needs that are  discounted?
Any help would be appreciated.
