[tri-med] AUGUST T9 CONFERENCE

Hello Everyone, 
I just wanted to let you know about the Hamptom Inn reservations for the 
weekend of August 22,23,24th (re: our TRISOMY 9 CONFERENCE)  You will need to 
call: (815) 932-8369.  Mention: "The Trisomy 9 Conference for the weekend (read 
dates above), which was approved by Linda for $72/night.  Just in case, if they 
give you any hassle, contact me and I will call Linda directly.  They shouldn't 
though.  
Also, please email me with the following information:
1.)  Names (and how many) of those attending.  
2.)  Diagnosis
3.)  Ages of those affected
4.)  Any special adjustments/considerations needed
5.)  Any questions/information you have
6.)  Are you interested in participating in a parent panel?
7.)  Time you plan on arriving Friday, August 22nd (I know you don't have the 
agenda yet, however, estimate.  Most likely, the actual conference will take 
place August 23rd beginning early in AM.)

PS:  To reiterate, the conference will begin Aug 22, 2008 and run through the 
afternoon of August 24th, 2008.  I will post the agenda as soon as I can (still 
working on it).  Dr. Schwartz and his associates, including Dr Carol Crow, MD 
will be available for conference and discussions; medical eval; and genetic 
information.  The TRIS project will most likely be involved as well.
