[tri-med] Re: AMNIO & CVS

hi everyone,
 
i had an amnio when i was pregnant with Jason that showed a chromosomal  
marker, and then further research showed it was from the p arm of the 17th  
chromosome. I know the amnio really finds everything. does anyone know anything 
 
about CVS and what it can find. is it as thorough as an amnio?? it is done  
between the 10th-12th week as opposed to the 16th week amnio.
