Mark takes Ritalin. and it works great for him. the only side effects are
minor for him, ( lack of appetite  and being unable to sleep if given to
late in the day) but since he takes it after breakfast and with lunch it
doesn't bother his weight at all, and if I have to give it in the eve I just
make sure its before 5 pm
