I don't know the answer to that.  What I do know is the conference costs around 
$40,000.  The national org. kicks in some, the conference committee does fund 
raisers, and the people attending pay for registration fees.  They have figures 
on all income and expenses, so maybe you could get a copy.  Ask Barb.
