Well...........maybe 2-3 times per week I have one. A few times I've had 2
in one day.  BAD GIRL.

 I really need to stop again completely because I can see myself easily
sliding into the "it's only 1 more" phase and that's the same reason I quit
cold turkey and didn't wean off the CC.

What is really depressing is that maintaining a healthy weight is going to
be a LIFELONG job. sigh.
