As far as the trisomy thing, I have'nt a clue, though, there is a condition
called precoscious (sp?) puberty, I've taken care of 2 kids with this (I
think 18 mos & 7 years) and I remember they had it from meds (of which I
can't remember which kind). Sorry, not much help.
Caley does seem to get moody (hard to tell sometimes), I think it's more that
it freaks me out. I think they should have got a "get out of jail" card and
been considered exempt from the whole thing.
