A wedgeling?! Fooled again but a moth posing in the wrong pose! :-)

Ogdoconta cinereola is a moth that looks worn even when it is fresh!

Pretty worn, but I'll take a guess:
I think your first one may be Ogdoconta 
cinereola.
The second one may be Galgula partita.
